Infrastructure services
Electrical service can be provided under two broad heads: Comprehensive protection: This service provides round the clock 24 hours a day peace of mind. All in-house faults are detected and corrective measures taken promptly. Specified protection: Specific mutually arranged hours of electrical support is provided as per schedule on (non compounding basis) for detecting and rectifying all in-house faults.
Plumbing service is provided primarily under the Annual plumbing Service Maintenance Contract. This includes troubleshooting, leaks trace and repairs, re-piping services, gas piping (where applicable), underground water and drain piping installation and repairs (where applicable/ permitted by local authorities). Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Co-ordination/ Contracts: This particular service provided by our OEM co-ordination team is geared to deliver at all times an even and unparalleled level of comfort with respect to activities such as servicing/ repairs of machinery and equipment sourced from OEM vendors the world over. Painting & polishing service: experienced workmen in teams of 2 to 6 people efficiently accomplish such jobs. Paint application is done using brushes, rollers and spray equipment. Quality preparation of all surfaces is done and high quality lacquer finish is given if required. Painting, wallpaper removal, plastering, texturing, lacquering, staining and varnishing are some of the services that are provided. All items and surfaces that are not to be painted and/or are prone to damage by paint are covered with clean drop cloths and/ or plastic covers or moved from the area (and later replaced), or otherwise protected as a normal part of our preparation process. The frequency of each service is as per evaluated workload and operational feasibility. Carpentry: All minor/ major carpentering jobs are addressed. Since the volume of carpentering jobs coming up on a normal basis does not justify the posting of a dedicated

ISpecialized Surfaces Management
At D A Management, we have in-house teams trained and equipped to provide specialized solutions for typical horizontal and vertical surfaces. Types of horizontal surfaces managed include granite, marble, terrazzo, Kota, Jaisalmer, Italian marble, carpets made of pure wool and blends, imported synthetic yarn etc. We have specials equipments & products from Johnson Diversey for both restoration and maintenance. Types of vertical surfaces managed include fixed/ false, natural, metal, (ionized and nonionized), synthetic and compound treated and glass surfaces. Service on vertical includes, high pressure washing, sand blasting, marble/ granite polishing besides facade cleaning (including high-rise aluco bond & glass facade cleaning) using aids such as Unger high access telescopic poles and hi-flo equipment, scaffoldings, spider technology & cradles.

Pantry services
Personnel are trained to handle tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the pantry. Basic tasks include handling vending machines, dish washing machines and various other mechanical gadgets frequently used in the pantry. Emphasis is laid on hygiene of not only the personnel deployed but also the utensils managed.

Catering service
High quality meals with an accent on nutritional balance (prepared under ultra-hygienic conditions) are served on the basis of weekly menu planned in advance in consultation with the concerned official of the company.

Horticulture services
Service is provided under two categories: Internal design/ layout and external landscaping: Design and layout services are provided
not only for grass root projects but also for project transformations.
Various permutations are considered while evolving a theme -such as proximity to surroundings and the temperature and humidity in place. In areas where temperature and humidity are not conducive, creative aids are relied upon to create the desired effect.
Provision of indoor/ outdoor plants: Under this particular option a broad design layout is created with the exception of a theme, unless one already exists.
The horticulture team undertakes complete maintenance and upkeep of the provided plants.

Office support
Photocopier operators, messenger/ errand boys, drivers etc. who are not only proficient in their respective field of work but also well versed with the functioning of hi-tech companies are provided. These personnel act as catalysts in the smooth functioning of the office.
